Extended Warranty Repair Process

At Miami Car Care, we know that dealing with extended warranty repairs can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’ve designed a simple, transparent process to make it stress-free. Our goal is to save you time, minimize out-of-pocket costs, and deliver high-quality repairs you can trust.

How it works

1

Schedule Your Appointment

Bring your vehicle to our shop for diagnosis. Our mechanics will inspect your car, identify the issue, and document the needed repairs.

2

We Contact Your Warranty Company

We handle the paperwork and communicate with your extended warranty provider directly. This includes submitting the repair estimate, required documentation, and answering any follow-up questions.

3

Warranty Company Approval

Once your warranty company reviews the claim, they’ll provide authorization for covered repairs. For larger repair bills, some warranty companies may send an inspector to confirm our diagnostics before approving the work. If that happens, it can take up to a week for the inspector to arrive, complete their report, and submit it to the company. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way so you know exactly where things stand.

4

Deductible & Out-of-Pocket Costs

If your plan includes a deductible, you’ll be responsible for paying that portion. Any repairs not covered by your warranty will be explained in detail before we begin, so there are no surprises.

5

High-Quality Repairs

Our technicians complete the approved repairs using expert techniques and high-quality parts.

Please note: for certain parts like engines, transmissions, and specialty components, it may take additional time for them to arrive due to supply chain and infrastructure delays. We’ll provide updates on expected delivery times so you know exactly what to expect.

Backed by Our Warranty

At Miami Car Care, we do our best to provide the highest quality work and back every repair with a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty. If your car gives you trouble within your warranty period, please bring it back so we can inspect it and, if necessary, correct our mistake. Your peace of mind is our priority.
